Final Stage : 27-6-2021(bo6)
【Prizes】
Champion – HKD$9000
1st runner up – HKD$6000
2nd runner up – HKD$3900
(Prizes will be given out within 24 hours after the end of the tournament)

Promotion format:
Top 10 teams from each group after the Group Stage will promote to the Final Stage
